3.1 Users Within Philippine Territory. LCHD TELeHEALTH Online medical consultations are provided exclusively within Philippine territory subject to Philippine regulations.

3.2 For Users Outside the Philippines. For users outside the Philippines, the service is offered as health coaching rather than formal medical consultation. No direct medical diagnosis, prescription, or regulatory compliance guarantees can be provided for users outside the country.

4. Eligibility

3.1 Age. Users must be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent.

3.2 Medical Data. Users must provide accurate medical history and relevant health information.

3.3 Not for Emergency Cases. The service is not suitable for emergency cases—please seek immediate medical attention at a hospital for urgent concerns.

·       If a technical issue cannot be resolved given appropriate and acceptable means of resolution to both parties and prevents the consultation from occurring, users may request rescheduling or a refund.
